Mr Young, Phillip Anthony

Passed away peacefully at the RHH surrounded by his loving family.
Loving partner of Susie for 43 years. Dearly loved father, grandfather and great grandfather. Sorely missed, forever in our hearts and never forgotten. Death leaves a heartache no one can fill, love leaves a memory no one can steal.
