Patricia passed away peacefully at the Royal Hobart Hospital on 21st June 2024.
Beloved wife of Thomas (dec).
Much-loved mother and mother-in-law to Lynette and Jack, Michael, Mary, Thomas (dec), Shaun and Tania (dec), Iris and Craig, and Dawn and Danny.
Loved Nanny to 14 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandson.
Our lives were enriched with her love.
