It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Matthew John Hazelwood.
Beloved son of Rodney and Lorraine (Joey), loving Father to Siobhan and a cherished Poppy to Brax and Aoife.
Loving partner and soul mate to Janet Schultz.
Matthew will be dearly missed by all who knew him, taken from us far too soon.
