and Helen Lee (both dec).
Loving husband and proud father to
Tom, Andrew, Declan and Brady, father-in-law to Jess, brother to Julian and Matt and respected Veterinarian at the Kingston Animal Hospital.
May thanks to the Gibson Ward staff at St Johns Hospital, Dr Sarkar and the wonderful staff at the ICON Cancer Centre Hobart.
